SUP Kayak Seat

Ergonomically designed for simplicity and functionality, our SUP kayak seat quickly transforms your stand-up paddleboard into a sit-on-top paddle craft which can be propelled through a double-bladed kayak paddle. If your SUP includes deck D-rings for attaching a kayak seat, you can easily connect our purpose-made seat to the deck to convert it from standing to sitting.

If you have balance or mobility issues, adding a SUP kayak seat will keep you on the water longer. For tackling windier days or when paddleboard touring over any extended period, connecting a SUP kayak seat and using a kayak paddle can make the difference in saving energy and making progress. Fitted with a SUP kayak seat, your paddleboard’s uses and practicality can be expanded to enjoy greater water time.

We’ve ensured the use of corrosion-free nylon clips to secure the seat to the deck D-rings, guaranteeing greater longevity and functionality for quick attachment and release every time, contributing to keeping the seat to a minimal weight. The adjustable upper and lower webbing straps used to secure the seat to the deck extend a distance of 90cm to connect to the front and rear deck D-rings. This allows fitment to any inflatable paddleboard with deck D-rings set up to 90cm apart. The straps allow for fine-tuning the angle of lean of the lumbar support area to suit your needs and help you find the most comfortable seating position. The 22mm foam padding provides a comfortable seat upon which to sit, which continues into the lumbar area, further supported by padded foam. Raised dimples keep air circulation efficient and comfortable while improving traction. When not in use, the seat folds into a convenient flat pack that is easy to store (under cargo elastics) or transport.
